Issue in sending and receiving emails after migrating my web server.

I've migrated my web server to the new hosting, but retain the mail server in my old server.

However, I couldn't send nor receiving my outlook email now.

I've asked my new web hosting provider about the issue but they say our mail server is pointing to my old IP address, and they cannot do anything other than DNS configuration.

This is what they show me in their cloudflare DNS record:


A mail old IP address.

I need to know who should do the configuration, should my new web hosting company configure the settings, or I am the one that should do the changes, I need to know urgently, thanks!

Welcome to our forum.
According to your description, sounds like your issue is more related to your server side configurations. Please kindly understand that the Outlook tag we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client and know little about server side configurations. So, what email accounts are you using? Exchange email account or O365 email account or some others? In order to better solve your issue, it is suggested for you to add more related tags to your issue so that more other users can join in the discussion of your issue.
