Ms-700 Certification issue

Hi, I've recently approved the Ms-700 certification exam. I waited 48 h to download the certificate but I'm not still capable downloading it. The https://mcptnc.microsoft.com/certificate website prompt diferent messages: "Your request is blocked" or "500 - The request timed out. The web server failed to respond within the specified time".
