"Share" option for list is not allowed for Site owner

I am trying to share list through "Share" option but getting below message/error even though I am site owner:

Can you please guide here.

Is there only one list that has this issue or the other lists also have this issue?

If all lists have this issue, then there may be a problem with your permission settings on this site.

You could click the Site permissions>Advanced permission settings to check the Site owner. Use Check permission to check your permission:

If this is just an issue with a particular list, then it may be set in this list. Generally speaking, the permissions of the list are inherited from the Site. You could go to the list level to check your permissions in this list.

In List Settings>Permissions for the list>Check permission:
