Hello Andy

Thanks for the Quick reply.

which you given link is says about Physical Machine it means including VM Machines are they saying it?

For 32GB should i set as 32778MB? or Can i make page file with HDD Drive as 40GB?

What do you suggest? Can you clear me with best practice. if keep Page file more will it impact my Exchange Server?

Should set 32778MB Page file with 33GB HDD Partition for SWAP?

What is the use of following Page file for exchange server especially

This is the official guidance:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/plan-and-deploy/system-requirements?view=exchserver-2016#hardware-requirements-for-exchange-2016
You will notice there is no difference for a physical or VM, so in your case, set it
32 GB of RAM or more installed: 32GB plus 10MB (32,778MB)

The paging file size is set that way so it you can get a full memory dump in case of a crash.
You do not absolutely have to set it that value, its just recommended.

Hope that helps!

Sure, no problem.
Follow the guidance for virtual machines as well:

Surely increasing cores could never be wrong for your system performance, considering the Exchange services could occupy multiple threads,
