Currently Refresh a dataset action in Logic Apps is in Preview mode. Can any one tell when it will be available to use.

Only internal product team can provide ETA for GA launch. It's better to follow up Azure updates page where MS announced about updates

@Vaibhav Chaudhari is correct. We typically don't share such ETAs on public/social channels ahead from when they are officially announced from Azure Updates or from their respective product blog pages.
