Missing AI-900 credential

Hi, I completed AI-900:microsoft Azure AI fundamentals on my university account and wanted to link it to my personal account. I regained access to my university and can't see it there either. I completed it on certiport, which still shows it.

both accounts are now linked and still isn't visible in either

Can you help with this
