Configuring WSUS for internet clients

Although we have an IBCM server setup, Windows Updates are not being deployed via the Internet.

I need to setup the WSUS server to communicate with internet clients via SSL, it seems. I've been reading the info I found at:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/sum/get-started/software-update-point-ssl

If I set up the WSUS server to accept SSL connections from the internet, do I have to configure WSUS to require internal network connections to use SSL as well?

    Hi @Skip B ,

If WSUS is enabled SSL, it works for both the internet and the intranet. For the same WSUS server, there is no way to make SSL on the Internet only, and disable on the internal. Therefore, after setting up the WSUS server to accept SSL connections from the internet, it is natural for internal network connections to use SSL.
