Dear, Whenever I create an account and try to log in to Outlook, I get the error "An error has occurred", while through my account (as an admin) I can add any other email account. Can you give me some advice? I searched the forums but found nothing important as a solution. Thanks

Whenever I create an account and try to log in to Outlook, I get the error "An error has occurred"
Was this account that you created a windows account or an email account that you would like to configure in Outlook? And when did this error prompt(when you try to configure your email account in Outlook or when you switch other windows account and open Outlook client), If the issue occurred when you configure an email account, how did you configure it(via control panel or via the "add account" icon in Outlook client)? And could you please provide us with a screenshoot of your error?
