it was suggested in one of the posts here (but I for some reason couldn't comment with this) to use Rollup 29 and not Rollup 30 ? Any reason for this? I have Exchange 2010 SP3 running on Windows Server 2008 R2. Is Rollup 30 the latest one that I should be installing, and does this bring up-to-date with all updates / patches for this version of Exchange? thanks, don

    Hi,
“it was suggested in one of the posts here (but I for some reason couldn't comment with this) to use Rollup 29 and not Rollup 30 ?”
Some people like to use one version earilier than the latest version, maybe considering monitoring if any issues on latest version are reported. RU30 for Exchange 2010 has been realesed for over a year, it's OK.
However, Exchange 2010 has been ended of support, all RUs included.

"Is Rollup 30 the latest one that I should be installing, and does this bring up-to-date with all updates / patches for this version of Exchange? thanks, don"
It does not, some patches have to install manually, for example: KB4536989
The recent vulnerabilities, did not have a patch for Exchange2010, it's suggested to migrate your server to Exchange 2016/2019/Online for better experience.
