How to remove existing central administrator without having the password?

Hi,

our pc is a company pc, with Window10 installed, however, the central administrator of this pc was set up by an ex-staff who quit few year ago with her PERSONAL email address (=we don't have pw to access), so we do not have any permission to amend/control the pc, in this case, what can we do to remove her personal email address without having her password and get the pc permission back?

    No way could get permission back without administrator password.

    In your case, if you don't have other administrator accounts, then you have to re-install your windows and re-create administrator account.
