After a little bit more digging, I discovered that the problem is I have two Certiport Accounts under the same login credentials. I need to merge the two accounts. Do you have any idea on how to merge or is this something I need to consult with Certiport directly? Thank you for the quick response!
Certification Issues
I am currently in high school. In 7th and 8th grade I took the Word and Excel certification exams through Certiport. I passed Word but failed in Excel. Now, I am trying to find my certificate for Word. When I got to my Certificate Dashboard, it says we could not pull up any certificates. Please contact Support. When I click on Support, it says this request was blocked. I don't know what to do. All I want is to see my Word Certificate. I have also been having problems with finding my MCID number. Any help is appreciated.
