I keep getting the below error with my training on the unit were we create website hosted in Azure : Deployment validation failed. Additional details from the underlying API that might be helpful: The template deployment failed because of policy violation. Please see details for more information. Please advice

The Training we busy with is called "Gauteng Azure Training Program - Learner Challenge - AZ 900"

Module called Describe core Azure architectural components, Unit 6 of 8 Exercise that we have to Create a website hosted in Azure. Every time I try to deploy the app I am getting the above mentioned error, Please advice
