Unable to browse the MDM website after installation and configuration SQL Server 2016

I am unable to browse the MDM website default page and hence unable to log in no matter how many times i configure using different accounts and setting up the required permissions . I always get this error as below : Oops! Something went wrong. The user does not have access to the application. Click Email Microsoft, to report this issue to Microsoft Master Data Service team. Can someone please help ? ** - Tried the below : ** I am using a local account as administrator for the purposes of configuration of MDM and then i have also added that account onto SQL Server , however it still doesn't help . I have also checked the IIS permissions and enabled the required permissions , however this error seems coming up whether i use a SQL Server 2016 MDM or SQL Server 2019 MDM.

    Hi @Arjun BS ,

    Did you using a previous MDM DB? Refer to this thread.

    For permissions in SQL MDS, suggest you read the blog How to configure user permissions in SQL Server Master Data Services to check if you missing something.
