"Created By" Use in List

Question

Hello,

I would like to use the "Created By" (Name Value) in an Email Workflow (essentially the "Created By" is the From individual in the email). If I insert a column and use from a form, I receive the Created By email address or <domain>\<username>. Neither are appropriate for the email.

Is there a way to obtain the Created By in full name format?

You could use the Display name for the Created By field in workflow email. As the below picture shows:
