server 2019 core - cant unluck bitlocker without drive letter

I have 2019 server core with some bitlocker volumes that do not have drive letters. They are mounted to a folder. I can not find a command that will successfully unlock the mounted drive. Anything I have found uses drive letters for the mount point.
