Site collection is coming up with page can not be displayed

Site collection is coming up with page can not be displayed.
I have done necessary steps before creation of site,

created DNS record , web 82055-record.png82056-record2.png82032-record3.png82033-record4.pngapplication and created site collection still coming up with error. Please find attached screenshots.

    Hi, @Diptesh Kumar ,

    Please have a check on the IIS. Make sure the corresponding IIS site is running and try to recycle the application pool holding the web application. And would you like to provide more information about your environment?

    1. Does this issue occur on other web application?
    2. Have you test the site with other machine and browser?
    3. Is the sample site alias pointing to the right IP address?
    4. Check the ULS log for any error message when accessing the site. A simple tutorial blog here.
