What kind of service number do you use in auto attendants?
In my understanding, it will not reset your auto attendant configurations.
To configure auto attendants and call queues, you will need only the following resources:
1)A resource account for each auto attendant and each call queue
2)A free Phone System - Virtual User license for each resource account
3)At least one Microsoft service number, direct routing number, or a hybrid number for each resource account that you want to be directly dialable
4)The service number may be a toll or toll-free number
