![10xcytn][1] [1]: http://prnt.sc/10xcytn I did some research and found to use latancymon to check for any issues which I did. My pc is a gigabyte B450M DS3H motherboard, gtx 2060 Super, AMD ryzen 7 2700, Windows 10, 16 gb of ram if that's needed. This issue only started yesterday and I have tried installing windows updates, checked if my bios were up to date, and I am currently installing new audio drivers from the gigabyte website, but it's been an hour and the audio driver is still uninstalling

Please recall what you have done yesterday, try to roll back previous operations to see if can fix issue, such as uninstall recent installed software, updates and drivers.
On the other hand, Wi-Fi is a known cause of this problem. Best to connect "wired" if at all possible.

"but it's been an hour and the audio driver is still uninstalling"

    Boot into Safe mode

    Open Device Manager

    Select Audio Driver

    Right click to Uninstall

    Reboot

Now you can easily install the latest compatible Audio Driver. [ Download from the support site of the manufacturer]
