What firewall rules for TTS Cognitive should i allow?

Hi Guys,
I have a question on firewall access. The location where i have the TTS block all in and out traffic unless its provided.
May i know what firewall rule should i allow to use Neural TTS voices?
I found this link - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/speech-service/rest-text-to-speech
Enabled these but it doesn't seem to work
- tts-ingress-prod7.northeurope.cloudapp.azure.com
- tts-ingress-prod7.australiaeast.cloudapp.azure.com
- tts-ingress-prod7.southeastasia.cloudapp.azure.com

Not sure where you found the link, but I haven't seen cloudapp in any endpoint in this document.

Not sure which one you are using, but the format should like above.
