I am trying to reset my pc, but I needed the disc to reset my pc but i have lost the disc. I installed the windows driver onto a usb stick, then on the right of the image I tried to reset but it said I need a recovery drive, and then after trying to make a recovery drive on the left it said I am missing files.82281-glitch-thing.png

You'll need the windows 10 installation media. You can download it here.

A Windows 10 install drive is very much like a Windows 10 recovery drive. The major differences are that the install drive defaults to reinstalling Windows. however, in your scenario, reinstall system is equal to Reset this PC.
You’ll need to download the media creation tool. Be patient; it’s a big file. Once you have it, plug in your flash drive, launch MediaCreationTool.exe, select Create installation media for another PC and follow the prompts
When you boot from this drive, the Windows Setup wizard comes up.
