My Authenticator app appears to quit but it's still running, it just hopped to the background. It won't stay on the screen long enough to enter any info about my account. My IT guy is baffled and talking about sending me a second phone just so I can authenticate. He's had to put me on a weekly bypass for a couple of months now and I can tell that won't last much longer. iOS 14.4.1 on iPhone 11 128GB with 80+GB free Authenticator 6.5.38 (just updated again today) I have already backed up and reset the phone to factory default. I restored and it's still doing the same thing. I am unwilling to reset phone and rebuild from scratch. Does anyone have any ideas?
