Original product key does not work

Hi,
I have Windows 8.1 Single Language in my laptop. I did "Uninstall everything and reinstall windows" in my laptop. After that, my orijinal windows started to do not work. It says "Activate Windows." But I can not activate it because it also says "This product key does not work." It is my only and orijinal product key. I had bought it with my Casper laptop years ago.
I do not understand why this problem happened. How can I solve it? I do not want to pay for a new product key. It does not have to be necessary. Please help and solve this problem.

    If you buy the key from Microsoft, you could activate Windows 8.1 by phone:
    Select the Start button , enter PC settings, and then select PC settings from the list of results.
    Select Activate Windows, and then select Contact customer support for help. Administrator permission required You may be asked for an admin password or to confirm your choice.
    Select your location (or the location nearest to you) from the drop-down list, and then select Next.
    Call one of the available phone numbers listed. An automated system will guide you through the activation process.

    If Windows 8.1 is pre-installed in your laptop, you need to contact laptop manufacturer after-sale support, they may help you reinstall their OEM system.

    Thank you for the help. But unfortunately there is not any phone number on my PC settings menu. I followed your steps, PC Settings -> Activate Windows, but there is not "Contact customer support" option there. There are only these options there: "Learn more about why you are having this problem." and "Error details".
    My error code is 0xC004C003, which means "The specified product key has been blocked".
    I live in the İstanbul city in Turkey country. I wonder is not there any phone number of Microsoft for support for Turkey?

    Windows 8.1 was pre-installed in my laptop when I bought it. I had called my PC company before, and they had told me to send e-mail to Microsoft. I could find only this platform to ask about my problem. Is there any e-mail adress or phone number you can tell me?
