Since last Friday, no way to receive messages on Outlook. I can send messages though... Please help ... Thank you !
I have seen this type of behavior in the past when a additional active Outlook client was harvesting the emails in the local PST. Do you happen to have a second Outlook client running, or do you have any rules that might be moving them? Have you tried sending the email to and from itself?
What's the account that you are working with(outlook .com or Microsoft 365 account)?
According to your description, you also couldn't receive any messages on your web mail, I think the issue may be more related to the PC or your account itself instead of Outlook client. In order to further confirm it, it's suggested to log in your account on other PC/outlook client to check if you could receive messages there, if you could work normally there, the issue may be related to your PC, it's suggested to first check if there are any differences between this PC and yours(such as internet, firewall or if you install any 3rd party tools), it's suggested to switch your internet to others and close other programs to check if you could receive the message normally.
If you actually couldn't work normally on other PC/client, the issue may be more related to your account itself, please kindly understand here we mainly focus on general issue on Outlook desktop client, it's suggeted to contact your account admin or account support to get more help.
