updating windows to 20H2

Hello everyone, When I updated windows 10 to last update 20H2, the cooling system of my laptop is running continuously. could someone help me solve the problem?

    After upgrade to a new Windows version, what we do firstly is updating drivers.
    Make sure your system is up to date, the latest build is 19042.906, check for updates in Settings .
    Next, when cooling system working hard, open task manager to see which process cost lots of resources.

    Open your advanced power plan settings.

    Expand open Processor power management and System cooling policy, select Active or Passive for what you want in the drop down, and click/tap on OK.

    If the above setting doesn't help then:

    You may need to clean the laptop fan because the fan and heat sink are dusty and its heat dissipation performance is reduced.
