    Hi Grace,

Thank you for the link, however, the steps to troubleshoot our RDP issue seems to assume that I can access the server that is having issue. In our case, it is the EC2 instance, I have confirmed with AWS support that our server is configured to be accessed via RDP. However, there might be some windows level security that is blocking the RDP access to our ec2 instance.

Is there a way I can if the computer can be allowed to connect via RDP, and if it's not allowed, can I allow RDP remotely?

    Thanks,
    James
