Hi,
I developed a virtual printer using postscript and Redmon port redirection. Everything is working fine except word documents.

When we print from Ms-word (tested on 2016,2019,365,2007) It removes some of elements and content. Specially when document contains dotted border around table.

After 2-3 prints Ms-Word stuck and crash.

Sometimes before crash it shows error message saying "there is insufficient memory or disk space. word cannot display the requested font. "

Crash is happening with documents contain dotted border table .

Not getting where/what is the problem. I inspected postscript file generated from MsWord which shows incomplete content as well.

How did you generate the postscript file from Word?
Have you tried to change the conversion method?
It is recommended to convert the document to PDF first, and then postscript file to have a check.

Besides, what's the format of your Word documents?
I also suggest you change the document formt to have a check. For example, change the format from .doc to .docx.
