SQL Data Migration Assistant - Check Feature Parity unable to be checked.

Fellow SQL dbas.
I am wanting to run the DMA to evaluate a db on SQL 2014 moving to SQL 2017.
To install the new DMA version, it needs a newer .net framework than is on the box. I am not permitted to install that framework.
I went to an older DMA version (5.3.5079.8) that I had kept. I installed that because is could use the .net framework already on the box.
When I get to the screen to pick the options (Compatibility Issues, Check Feature Parity), the check feature parity is uncheckable.

The assessment ran fine. But sure would be nice to run the feature check.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thx
MG
