We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam - AZ-900

Good morning,

I followed the step-by-step instructions for voucherless Exam Access: AZ-900 according to the email received and every time it presents this error, the steps are correct.

When I click on schedule exam it shows the attached error.
