SCOM 2019- how to configure certs?

SCOM 2019 - how to configure certs.

1) SCOM alerts have a link with a URL pointing to one of the SCOM servers ( https://server01.sales.wonderful.com/OperationsManager,........) How do I configure this? We have three management server of which two have IIS installed. Do we apply the same cert to both IIS? Or is there only one IIS server for the alerts?

2) On the SCOM report server >> reporting services configuration manager >> only see http configured. IIS is not installed on this report server (no web role) and no IIS tool. When I click on the URL (http://server01/reportsserver) embeded in the gui the report services pages show links and if you click enough there is a report creation page with parameters. ( it appears to be working) However when I copy and paste the URL (http://server01/reportsserver) it does not browse (likely just security but curious how report server embeded link works opening a browser. There is a Report Manager URL and a Web Service URL. Do I need two separate SSL certificates or can I use the same certificate for both Report Manager URL and a Web Service URL? Clicking on the embeded URL link give the appearance that there is a IIS installed however the certificates can be installed directly into the Report Manager URL popup and a Web Service URL popup. Please confirm.

@DavidKim-4125, For the certificate, if we browser the websites https://server01.sales.wonderful.com/OperationsManager...,the certificate need to contain the name "server01.sales.wonderful.com". For what certificate we use, it depends on which website we are access. If we have all the names included in the certificates' subject or SAN, I think maybe we just need one certificate. Could you get a screen shot of the alert detail we get?

For reporting server configuration Manager, I notice we used http instead of https. And the report server url is not working when we copy and paste the URL. Could you let us know where we copy past to? Is it on the same server?

If we want to configure SSRS with SSL certificate, we can refer to the following articles:
https://www.sqlservercentral.com/articles/configure-ssrs-with-an-ssl-certificate
https://www.enhansoft.com/how-to-setup-ssrs-to-use-https-part-2/
Note: Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

Hope it can help.

@DavidKim-4125, Hope things are going well? I am writing to see if there's anything unclear of the pervious reply. If yes, feel free to discuss together.
