Canvas App to Sharepoint List Flow Issues

Question

I have a Custom Canvas App form that i built and connected to a SharePoint list using Power Automate. For some users, the app works fine and submits the users form information, however I have a handful of users whos submissions do not populate on the SharePoint list like everyone else's. I have checked permissions and everyone has the same permissions on both the app and SharePoint list. All required fields are being addressed. Does anyone happen to know what may be the issue?
