How to send email alerts when Runtime Response of IoT Edge Device return not OK in Azure portal ?

In Azure portal (IoTHub page), I can create alert rule to send emails when number of connected devices fall below a specified threshold.

I like to send similar email alert when the runtime response (attached image shows Azure portal Runtime response ) of any IoT Edge Device is not OK. How to achieve this using Azure portal itself (not developing custom code) ?

Thanks. I now checked the previous similar query. But that is more of a custom code based solution.
