One of our employees has the following pop-ups while using his laptop (cell phone is OK, no other laptop/PC)
Certificate:
Issued To: D-Link
Issued By: D-Link

As per user, it happens when he has some Internet drop-outs and the laptop reconnects back - so not so often but really annoying
He uses D-Link router at home
It affects Zoom, Outlook, Webex
Checked the laptop time - reset it and so on - seems all good
Antivirus is up to date - Trend Micro
Already tried rebooting the router itself
Cleared IE cache, TLS 1.0/1.1/1.2 are enabled (tried disabling as well)
Unchecked Warn about certificate address mismatch*, Check for publisher's certificate revocation, Check for server certificate revocation*
Windows and drivers are up to date
He tried installing the certificate as per prompt (View Certificate - Install) - but still the same (sometimes it works for 1-2 days)

    Hi,

Thanks for posting in our Q&A platform.

According to provided screenshots, it indicates that certificate issue by D-Link Ltd has some issue, please understand, the certificate is issued by the third party CA which our forum doesn't focus on. I would suggest you could contact D-Link certificate support for further help. Thank you for your understanding.

    Best Regards,
    Sunny

    Hello,

As per your screenshots, D-Link Ltd certificate is not from a trusted root CA. Can you share Certification Path? The root CA should be in trusted store of Certificate Manager on your system. For example, if DigiCert is root CA, it should be present in trusted store of Certificate Manager. Now if DigiCert issues certificate to D-Link Ltd, it will be trusted. If DigiCert is not present as root CA in trusted store of Certificate Manage, certificate issued to D-Link Ltd won't be trusted.

    Hope this helps!
