I just want to use custom Claims Provider Trust .
so i execution Disable-AdfsClaimsProviderTrust -TargetName "Active Directory"
i has an error

You can't but you can configure a relying party trust to use only a specific claim provider trust:

 Set-AdfsRelyingPartyTrust -TargetIdentifier <your RPT ID) -ClaimsProviderName "cas"
