RDS Disconnecting

Hello,

we have a problem in our rds 2016 environment that users are disconnected from session with event 227. After searching the internet, I found an article that indicates that the problem is RemoteFX

All solutions recommend deactivating RemoteFX. I'd rather not do it because we need this function to pass usb drives + audio.

Has anyone else idea to solve this problem?

Do you mean that you met the error as below: What' s the error message?
error in the event log:
Source: RemoteDesktopService-RdpCoreTS
Event ID: 227
Task Catergory: RemoteFX Module
As the link you provided, the issue may be related to RemoteFX.
I suggest that try to update to the latest system version. The security update may have repaired this issue.
Meanwhile, I suggest that disable or uninstall the security software temporarily to check.
