I cant validate the authentification on the microsoft authentificator application

I no longer have my account registered on the microsoft authentificator application.
When I try to connect to the microsoft.com site it asks me to approve the authentication on the microsoft authentificator application, the thing I can't do it as long as I don't have my account displayed on the said application.
Even if I use "use another way" it gives me the possibility that via a notification on the application or a code on the same application and I can not choose another way such as a call or a message on my phone.
How can I re-register my account on the Microsoft authentificator application or how can I disable the 2-step verification and change it by sending a secret code to my phone?
