Hello,

We have newly installed SCOM 2019.

We would like to monitor SQL Versions 2012, 2014, 2016, 2019. We see two different MP versions available 7.0.15 and 7.0.24. Can someone please suggest, which MP we can use to monitor above SQL servers. Please let us know if there are any other steps to be followed post importing the SQL MP.

We also need "Run as Addendum Management Pack" to monitor SQL servers. Will this MP goes with 7.0.15 / 7.0.24 MP Version?

    Hi,

7.0.24 is the new one and we may use this.

Microsoft System Center Management Pack for SQL Server

For "Run as Addendum Management Pack", we may refer to KEVIN HOLMAN's great blog. It should work with 7.0.24, if you have any concern, you can leave a message at the bottom of the blog and waiting for KEVIN HOLMAN's reply.

SQL MP Run As Accounts - NO LONGER REQUIRED

Note: this is NOT from MS, just for your reference.

    Regards,

    Alex
