Can´t schedule exam AZ-900

Hello,

I am IBM employee and i tried to schedule exam for certification via pearson vue ( exam AZ-900 Fundamentals) but appear the error in the web page (https://esi.microsoft.com/getcertification) when i choose the schedule exam button. The error say :
" We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam:
Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge
Clear all cache and cookies
Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge
If the issue persists, you can contact Pearson VUE Support to schedule the exam. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum."

I did all recommendations that indicate but the error persists,

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
