Switching between tennants in Microsoft Teams for Mac

Hi all,

Ever since the latest version of Teams for Mac was installed (1.4.00.7175), it is impossible to switch between tennants I was able to get to before.

The one tennant that I work in mostly - the one for my organisation - works perfectly fine. Whereas I was able to switch to the other two (where I have a guest role) by right clicking on my profile picture before and just selecting the other tennants; they are not listed any more and cannot be added either.

How can I switch in the new version?

    @SL

    To determine if this issue is related to client or account, please check if this problem exists in other types of client (such as Windows desktop client or Teams web client).

    If this issue only appears in Mac client, we recommend you log out Teams client and clear your Teams client cache file by following these tips as below:

    1.Fully quit Microsoft Teams

    2.Open Finder, then click Go and select Go to Folder.

    3.Copy and paste the following into the Go to Folder box, then click Go:
    ~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft

    4.Right click the Teams folder, then click Move to Trash.

    5.Relaunch Microsoft Teams.

    I did a test in Mac OS Catalina and it works normally. The following picture is for your reference:

    If the above suggestion doesn’t work for you, I have some questions to confirm with you:

    1)Have you tried another account to test in Mac client?

    2)Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?

    Hi JimmyYang - I am having this same problem. I'm on a Mac, using teams (Version 1.5.00.17261.), for multiple organizations. I work in a program that is a partnership of different institutions so this is a requirement of my work. I'm a guest at the 'other' institution. I can go to the top right to switch teams - but then I have to login again, the program crashes, I force quit, then when I come back in I'm in the other team. To go back, I have to reverse that process (including logging in again, and force quitting). It's really tedious. Please fix this!!
