Excel hanged when using extended monitor

Hi all,

I had the 2 monitors which extended the display.
Once I moved the excel file to 2nd, and then do the work (scale column size , adjust font size else).
The excel file gone crashed .

Is it the bug of Microsoft Office or Windows update ? Because the problem happened sometimes but randomly.

    Did this problem appear in all Excel Workbooks or specific Workbooks?
    Did you install any updates recently? Did this problem only appear after updating?
    I suggest you provide the detail version of Office and Windows you're using.
    Then try to test if Word documents have the same problem.
    I also suggest you open Excel in safe mode running the following command: Press Win + R, type "excel /safe" in the blank box, press Enter. If it works fine in safe mode, please check the add-ins in your excel and disable them.
