Hi There,
I have upgraded the AAD Connect version ( from 1.1.880 to the latest) on the staging server. Verify script is suggesting this the export from this server will delete 300 users. Any idea how can we identify the reason?
It also says that this will update 500 items (user, group and devices).

Did you ever get to the bottom of the reason why AADConnect synch wanted to bulk delete objects on 1st synch after upgrade?
I experienced the exact same after in-place upgrade of AADConnect from v1.4.38.0 to v2.0.10.0 and have yet to revisit it.

Yes! Usually it happens when you change the sync scope. Removing users from sync scope triggers a deletion.
