Hello all,
Cant find a similar question and hope this is the right place to ask this question.
In our network we use folder redirection via a Group policy to add shortcuts to the start menu.
With Windows 7 this worked for years without problems.
After upgrading to Windows 10 we noticed that sometimes they wont appear until we restart explorer.exe via task manager.
Most of the time the Group Policy works as intended.
Tried creating a new group policy but this has the same effect.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Or knows what could be the cause?
Regards,
Stephan

Hi,
Did you check if there are any network issues?
Any related events logs?
When the Folder redirection of startmenu don't working , can you access the redirection Folder manually?
Also, if when the issue rehappens , run GPUPDATE /FORCE and try to capture a network package and gpsvcc log and check if there are any errors.
Best Regards,
