vs 201: There is an error in XML document (2, 2) while opening the reports project please help

Hello,

I am using VS 2015 and encountered the errors on following lines while opening the reports project while others in the same setup could open the reports project.please help.
details are:
SSDT version - 14.0.61707.300 and SSRS 14.0.806.134
