"Apply Rule Now" isn't working in the new Outlook

I was excited to switch to the new Outlook since it's visually appealing and has some features I want. But Rules are essential to my productivity, and the application just hangs when I try to apply a rule I've just created. Switched back to old Outlook. Huge bummer.

Actually, according to my research and tests, some accounts are not supported to create and edit rules in new outlook for mac-version 16.48 (21032401), so what's the version of your New Outlook for Mac(Outlook >About Outlook), and what's the account that you are using? In order to perform more targeted tests on my environment and further analyze your issue, could you please provide me with more information about your issue? Thanks in advance.
