We can’t access your Microsoft profile as it appears to be blocked on Pearson VUE

for some reason I am unable to schedule a new MS-101 exam with the error message "We can’t access your Microsoft profile as it appears to be blocked on Pearson VUE. You can contact Pearson VUE Support for further assistance. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum". I'm really frustrated because PearsonVue keeps redirecting me to Microsoft after I had confirmed being able to access my MS dashboard but the pearsonVue portal when scheduling exams.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
