Did all the clients occurred this error? When the error happened? During the downloading or the installation?
In fact, there are many reasons why the feature updates fail to be installed. Not all features in a feature update will be available on all devices. Similarly, a device may not be able to receive updates if the device hardware is incompatible, lacks current drivers, lacks sufficient storage space, or is otherwise outside the original equipment manufacturer’s (OEM) support period.
In my opinion, we could also upgrade the clients by the Windows 10 Update Assistant if there are little number of failed clients.
