ACS Chat Membership and Calling Group Size Limit

Hi,

Are there options to have chat threads and calling groups to be larger than 250 members? Our use case may need threads to allow for members larger than what seems to be the limit of 250. Please let me know what are my options or if we have to pivot from leverage ACS.

Thanks for your patience. Based on the response from the product team, the limit is 250. Can you give us more details about your scenario so we can see if there is a possible workaround for it? do you need the limit increased for a live event?

Hi @Grmacjon-MSFT , there is a possibility that a few of our events may generate much more interests than 250 members chatting and at least listening to the group conversation due to high profile participants and celebrities. I know there is the Azure media services that we can leverage for a single user to present and speak. However, that does not fulfill our requirements. I would prefer to speak offline about this, is that is possible.
