Azure Speech SDK stopping the speech recognization after 4minutes of inactivity with status : serviceTimeout, Due to service inactivity the client buffer size exceeded. Resetting the buffer.

Hi Team,

I am using Azure speech SDK for speech-text translation functionality. The service is doing its job of translation however after 4minutes of inactivity the service is calling cancel event which stops the speech recognition with the status service Timeout, Due to service inactivity the client buffer size exceeded. Resetting the buffer. Could you please help with this issue?

I got the same issue. I am currently using Azure speech SDK for speech-text recognition functionality over days without discontinuing with > 200 mp4 recorded files. The service gave me the same message in Jan 2023.

Canceled. Reason: Error, CanceledReason: Error

CANCELED: ErrorCode=ServiceTimeout
CANCELED: ErrorDetails=Due to service inactivity, the client buffer exceeded maximum size. Resetting the buffer. SessionId: 421f24122eee4e4a9c38d59af3140906
CANCELED: Did you set the speech resource key and region values?

Session stopped event.

Get Recognition results.
