Installing fonts are easy but you have to make sure you are downloading them from trusted sources (since some malwares could be inside fonts). Take a look at:

2021-04-02T14:55:50.327+00:00 This is a Google font: https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Carter+One that you should be able to download, unzip the packages, and the right click on the TTF file and select install.
