Office 365, how to use MS ACCESS on laptop

I have purchased Office 365 Busines, upgraded it to the level that has MS ACCESS.
This app is not showing up.
How do I use it on my laptop.

    Even though you have upgraded your account, you must download and install the software from your account webpage.
