Remoted Desktop "start menu" not working with Mac book pro

my mac book pro is with macOS Catalina, version 10.15.7 after connected to the host PC, the start menu is not working. Please help.

    Hi,
    Does the issue only occur within Remote Desktop or also occur locally on host PC?
    Could you restart Windows Explorer process via Task Manager to see whether it works
